Feb 13 – 19

Rachel Getting Married starts tomorrow, Friday, at 7:30PM. Slumdog has it's last screening tonight at 7:30PM. Milk starts on Feb 20 followed by The Reader starting on Feb 27.

In other Milk news, we're happy to be able to show the Best Documentary Feature Oscar Winner from 1984, The Times of Harvey Milk on Wednesday, Feb 25 at 5:30PM. Couple this screening with Milk at 2PM or 7:30PM and then join us at Artisan's Gallery and Cafe at 9:30PM for a thoughtful discussion of these two wonderful films. Tickets for the 5:30 screening will be $4 for children and members and $6 for adults and seniors. If you're interested in helping lead this discussion, please contact us!

This month we're doing a Foreign Film Festival for Young Audiences on Saturdays at 2PM. This week's film is the French classic The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (1964, French with English subtitles). We're recommending it for ages 12+.

This Sunday at 2PM we're screening Casablanca (1942) as our Valentine's Date Movie. Costumes are always encouraged!

In honor of President's Day this Monday, we're screening the Jimmy Stewart/Frank Capra classic Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939) at 2PM. Tickets are $4 for members and kids, and $6 for adults. If you've got the day off of work and/or school, please join us!

The Colonial is on Facebook! You can see us here. Please help us keep it vibrant by becoming a friend of the theatre and posting comments. The page is relatively new, so we would love to hear your feedback on it, and all things related to the theatre.

The Oscar Party is fast approaching! Please RSVP via phone or email by Wednesday, February 18.

Thanks for your support and we'll see you at the theatre!
