The Reader is staying with us, but the film schedule over the next week is limited due to several concerts and special events. Please check our website or call us to confirm shows and times. Tonight (Thursday) we've got the first of two Al Stewart concerts. The Banff Mountain Film Festival is here on Friday and Saturday (Mar 6 & 7). Then it's Al Stewart again on Sunday night. The Reader will be shown on Monday night, Tuesday night, and Wednesday afternoon only. Wednesday evening we have a FREE program about snowboarding presented by a local Christian ministry. Thursday night we've got the Druid concert. Frost/Nixon starts on Fri, Mar 13 and The Wrestler starts on Fri, Mar 20.
We still have tickets available for the Al Stewart concerts. You will be able to buy tickets at the door to tonight's show. Remember, though, that we only take cash at the box office.
On Saturday at 2PM we've got one of our favorite Children's Series performers, David Smith, doing his One Man Side Show. We decided to sell tickets in advance for this one since it's so popular. You can buy them online here.
This Sunday at 2PM we continue our theme of Spying and Thieving classics with North by Northwest (1959) – another great Hitchcock/Cary Grant collaboration. As Bob pointed out last week during his intro for To Catch a Thief, this the first time we've had NXNW at the Colonial.
Start your St. Patrick's Day celebration early with us! Druid (pictured above) featuring the Three Irish Tenors will be at the Colonial on Thu, Mar 12 at 8PM for a musical show that traverses the music, culture and history of Ireland. We have a special offer for our email subscibers – buy one orchestra ticket, get one free! Special offer tickets are available at www.ticketweb.com or at the Colonial box office. Make sure you mention this offer!
Thanks for your support and we'll see you at the theatre!
