This Sunday the Jimmy Stewart classics bow out with The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962) at 2PM. Halladay Florist in West Chester is sponsoring the film. Nick Halladay has been a great supporter of our classic films and we are thankful for him. Thanks also to all of you who have come out for this wonderful films.
It’s Wonka time! Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971) is showing on Sat, Nov 28 at 2PM. I just got word from Warner Bros. that we have to show this on DVD because of a conflict on their end.
Our Third Annual Robert Burns Memorial Whisky Tasting is set for Fri, Jan 29 at 6PM. This event is a fun way to support the Colonial (and drink whisky, and eat chocolate and cheese, and socialize – need we say more?!) This year all proceeds are going to help fund our Classics on Sundays film series. Tickets are $100 per person, and sponsorship opportunities are available.
