Spend a Week at the Colonial Apr 8 – 14

It’s raining cats and dogs at the theatre starting tonight! Well, not exactly. However, My Dog Tulip is our new feature film for the week. Our Young Audiences series features The Cat’s Pajamas on Saturday.

Don’t forget the Silent Movie Cornucopia presented by The Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley this Sunday, Apr 10. What a treat to have live theatre organ music with classic silent film – here – at the Colonial! We feature five classic comedy shorts starring Chaplin, Keaton, Laurel & Hardy, with the talented Wayne Zimmerman on the organ. You can buy tickets HERE. Don’t miss it!

Documentary fans: this Sunday we are screening Between the Folds, a film that chronicles the stories of 10 origami artists. PLEASE NOTE: we will be screening this film in the main auditorium at 5:45PM.

Coming Thursday, Apr 21, is Music for Mercies, a concert of blues and jazz, presented by the band Slick Mickey, whose guitarist Mickey Pierson is featured in a philly.com article here. Tickets are still available online, by phone or at the boxoffice.

Tickets are still available for Liv Taylor, Friday, Apr 15 and Tempest, Saturday Apr 16. Tickets can be purchased here.

Exciting TEDx news: this month’s salon will take place in the main auditorium and will be FREE! Spread the news and we’ll see you Tuesday Apr 19!

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
