Spend a Week at the Colonial Mar 11-Mar 17

Our new film tomorrow is The Illusionist, directed by Sylvain Chomet. Chomet also directed the charming and humorous Triplets of Belleville back in 2003 – so you know this is gonna be good! We are showing a sold out screening of Race to Nowhere tonight, so there will be no feature film screening.

March 15 is the 3rd Tuesday of March, and that means it is TEDTalks Tuesday! Still not sure about TED or TEDx? Come check it out. Our very own Assistant Director, Kirsten Van Vlandren has curated this event, consisting of talks related to artificial intelligence and the uniqueness of humans, with a special live talk by puppetmaster Hua Hua Zhang.

Have you seen any of the films in our documentary series yet? Join us this Sunday at 4PM in our 3rd floor screening room for Kings of Pastry. Watch as 16 pastry chefs compete in the “Olympics” of pastry making.

Our Young Audiences series continues its Batman theme with the classic 1989 Batman starring Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson and Kim Basinger. Our Classic film featuring Doris Day is It Happened to Jane, co-starring Jack Lemmon.

Finally, we have a few concerts coming up in the next few weeks. We still have tickets for Gaelic Storm and Jefferson Starship. You can buy them HERE.
