Spend a Week at the Colonial Dec 14 – Dec 20

Please join us Friday, Jan 25 at 6PM for the 6th Annual Robert Burns Memorial Whisky Tasting, led by the expert and talented Riannon Walsh. Tickets may be purchased online, at the box office or over the phone. There is limited seating – we have already sold about half our capacity – so get your tickets now! Please also consider sponsoring this wonderful event whose proceeds support the Classic Film series. And remember – it makes a great holiday gift (it can be put on a gift certificate).

Our new feature this week is Lincoln. Sure to be an Oscar contender this year, this film, directed by Steven Spielberg, stars Daniel Day-Lewis, Sally Field, David Strathairn, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and many others! Tonight is your last chance to see The Sessions at 7:30.

Our children’s show this Saturday at 2PM is a Winter Holiday Revue presented by the Firebird Children’s Theatre. Kids of all ages will enjoy a fun filled afternoon singing along to toe tapping holiday music and a live musical comedy play suitable for young audiences. Tickets may be purchased, online, over the phone or at the box office. Bring the whole family for some holiday cheer!

Speaking of holidays, join us for our classic film Sunday at 2PM: Holiday Inn. The film stars Bing Crosby (singing the song he made classic, “White Christmas”), Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney.

Our documentary this Sunday at 4:30 is Two Years at Sea. The film is a wonderful long-form portrait of a man, a loner named Jake Williams.

Don’t forget, Joel is back! Come see Joel Hodgson: Riffing Myself on Saturday, Dec 22 at 8PM. We’re getting a good crowd, but there are still tickets left for this entertaining creator of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Tickets may be purchased online, at the box office, or over the phone.

We have updated the website to include movies booked in 2013. Be sure to check out our new documentaries, children’s film/events, classics, fright night, and cult film series’.

Please note that admission prices for film beginning January 4th will be: $9 Adults, $7 Seniors and Students, and an even more valuable $5 for our members and kids under 13.

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
