Our new feature film this week will be The Gatekeepers. This Oscar nominated documentary has been described as captivating, startling and completely engrossing. It brings together six former heads of Shin Bet (a secret Israeli internal security agency) for a free ranging discussion. Tonight (Apr 11) is your last chance to see Django Unchained at 7:30PM.

Friday night (Apr 12) following our feature we will screen our Fright Night film, The Brides of Dracula. It stars vampire hunter Peter Cushing (Van Helsing) on a mission to destroy handsome bloodsucker Baron Meinster.

Saturday afternoon (Apr 13) at 2PM our kids’ film is The Adventures of Robin Hood. This is the definitive Errol Flynn adaptation with Oscar winning color photography. Introduce your kids to an absolute classic, starring Flynn, Olivia DeHavilland, Claude Rains and Alan Hale.

Our classic film Sunday (Apr 14) at 2PM is Phantom of the Opera, starring Claude Rains as the disfigured violinist who haunts the Paris Opera House. Come see it for great performances and its Oscar winning spectacular Technicolor cinematography!

We’re hiring! The Colonial has a full-time Development Associate position available. You can read all about it here. If interested, please email your resume to Mary by Wednesday, May 8.
