Spend a Week at the Colonial Aug 9 – Aug 15

Tickets are now on sale for The Mark of Zorro, Sunday, Sep 22 at 3PM. Presented by The Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley, watch Douglas Fairbanks Sr. as he runs, leaps, rides and duels in this fabulous 1920 swashbuckling epic. While watching, enjoy fabulous live musical accompaniment on TOSDV’s 3/24 Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ by the very talented Chris Elliott, who comes to us from California for this special event. As always, the best way to buy tickets is online.

Our new feature film this week is Unfinished Song. It stars Terence Stamp as shy, grumpy retiree Arthur, who is reluctantly inspired by his beloved wife Marion to join a highly unconventional local choir. Tonight is your last chance to see The Bling Ring at 7:30.

Our fright night film this Friday at 9:45 is … Fright Night (1985)! When a teenager learns that his next door neighbor is a vampire, no one will believe him.

Our classic film this Sunday at 2PM is Day for Night. Directed by Francois Truffaut (who also plays the director in this film within a film), the film stars Jacqueline Bisset in this witty, elegant, and entrancing love poem to filmmaking.

Our kids’ program Tuesday at 10:30AM is Elska. Elska combines theatre, storytelling, and musical performance in order to whisk away children and families on a musical tour of her Arctic home.

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
