Still puzzling over last minute gifts? Give the gift of a Colonial membership or gift card this season. Annual memberships (Student, $30 and Senior $35, Basic $40) reduce movie ticket prices to only $5! We also have Colonial t-shirts, Blobfest t-shirts and many more retail items. We will be here at the theatre on Christmas Eve from 10AM-5PM for all you procrastinators, so stop in and get your holiday shopping on!

Our annual reports, designed by Miller Designworks have just arrived and they are beautiful. Pick one up in the lobby and see what a great year we just had!

Our new feature film this week is Philomena. It stars Steve Coogan as a world-weary political journalist who picks up the story of a woman (Judi Dench) who is searching for her son, who was taken away from her decades ago after she became pregnant and was forced to live in a convent. We will be closed Wednesday, but have extra screenings on Dec 26. Check below for the schedule. Tonight is your last chance to see 12 Years a Slave at 7:30.

Stay after our feature Friday night for our cult film, MST3K: Santa Claus. Mike and the bots watch Santa Claus mess around with a devil while trying to deliver gifts and then sing politically correct holiday songs.

Our kids’ film Saturday at 2PM is the classic A Christmas Story, sponsored by BYOB and Paint. Bring the whole family for holiday movie fun!

Our classic film this week is It’s a Wonderful Life, sponsored by Romantic Jewelers and Artisans Gallery & Cafe. We have THREE screenings this year: Sat at 4:30PM, Sun at 2PM and Tue at 2PM.

Firebird Theatre presents their musical annual Holiday Revue, Saturday, Dec 28 at 1PM and 7PM, featuring It’s a Wonderful Life, adapted for radio-on-stage by Tony Palermo and based on the Frank Capra film. You may purchase tickets by clicking HERE.

We will be closed Dec 25 for Christmas. Happy Holidays everyone!

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
