Spend a Week at the Colonial May 17 – May 23

Our new feature film this week is 42. Starring Chadwick Boseman as Jackie Robinson and Harrison Ford as Major League team executive Branch Rickey, this is the life story of Jackie Robinson and his history-making signing with the Brooklyn Dodgers. Tonight is your last chance to see Upstream Color at 7:30PM.

Friday after our feature, join us at 10:10PM for our cult film, The Blues Brothers, sponsored by You’ve Got Geek. Here’s your chance to see the classic John Belushi/Dan Aykroyd musical comedy in magnificent 35mm – on the Colonial big screen! Come early to check out Elwood Blues and his Dodge Monaco Bluesmobile parked in front of the theatre!

Get your tickets now for Rockshow: Wings Over America, showing this Saturday, May 18 at 7:30PM. We will open the screening with an introduction by Andre Gardner, on-air personality at WMGK, Philadelphia. One night only – get your tickets here.

Sunday our “Book to Film” classic will be The Postman Always Rings Twice. A married woman (Lana Turner) and a drifter (John Garfield) fall in love, then plot to murder her husband (Cecil Kellaway).

Our next TEDxPhoenixville salon is Thursday, May 23 at 6:30PM. Salons are BYOB and light refreshments will be served. Our live speaker will be game designer, Matthew Akana. There is very limited seating, so be sure to buy your tickets now!
