Spend a Week at the Colonial May 31 – Jun 6

Tonight at 8:30, come see Unwound, by director Michael Marabella. This short thesis film will be followed by a Q&A with the director. Tickets are just $5 and may be purchased here!

All right Blobfest fans, here it is: Tickets for Blobfest Jul 12-14, will go on sale TOMORROW, May 31 at 11:00AM. Just like past years, there are only 350 tickets for the Friday Night Run Out. It sells out quickly – so if you snooze, you lose! Blobfest double features will be The Blob and Them (11AM and 3:15PM Saturday) and The Blob and Tarantula (8PM Saturday). And new this year – we have ANOTHER double feature Sunday: The Blob and The Deadly Mantis (2PM). As always, the easiest way to purchase tickets is online.

Blobfest out-of-towners: book your hotel room at the official Blob Hotel (Staybridge Suites) in Royersford. This 4/5 star hotel is offering our patrons a special rate of $99 per night when you click on the link. They offer plenty of great amenities such as a fitness room, a business center, laundry facilities – and an indoor pool for the weary Blob fan!

Our new feature film this week is No. The film stars Gael García Bernal (The Motorcycle Diaries, Y Tu Mamá También) as an ad executive who comes up with a campaign to defeat Augusto Pinochet in Chile’s 1988 referendum.

Sundays in June, our classic film series is being taken over by casting director Mike Lemon. Our film Jun 2 is Bringing Up Baby. It will be followed by a Q&A with Mike.

Jun 16 at 3PM The Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley presents its Spring Pipe Organ Concert. The program features seasonal music and a fabulous silent film! Purchase tickets online here.

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
