Tomorrow is the Fourth of July – and First Friday in Phoenixville! The 100 block of Main Street will be closed, so set up your chairs and watch the fireworks after your dinner at one of the town’s many fine eateries! The theatre will be closed tomorrow, so enjoy the day!

Tonight is your last chance to see Fed Up at 7:30. Our new feature film this week is Chef, starting Saturday, July 5. A chef (Jon Favreau) who loses his restaurant job starts up a food truck in an effort to reclaim his creative promise, while piecing back together his estranged family.

Our Young Audiences show this Tuesday is Craig Collis: Magic & Comedy. Craig’s show is fast-paced, filled with original magic, music, audience participation, and comedy.

Our Classic film theme this week is “Mop Tops, Mods, and Monkees.” We start this Sunday at 2PM with Head, starring The Monkees, directed by Bob Rafelson (Five Easy Pieces, The Postman Always Rings Twice) and co-written by … wait for it … Jack Nicholson. Join us for this wild musical adventure!

After you see The Monkees this Sunday, we’ve got another treat July 20: The digitally restored A Hard Day’s Night! Our friend Andre Gardner will emcee the intro and our fabulous sponsor Deep Groove Records and Audio will be bringing plenty of Beatles on vinyl! Get your tickets online now!

Next weekend, July 11-13, is Blobfest! Tickets are still available for all double features, but make sure you buy them ahead of time, because the screenings often sell out. Click here to buy tickets.

Want to make Blobfest extra special this year? Visit some of the film’s locations by taking our self-guided tour! Click on this link, print out the tour and have fun!

Come on down this Sunday at 12:30 for an exclusive tour of the theatre and a visit to preview 225 Bridge St. Please RSVP by 5PM Saturday by calling 610-917-1228, giving us the names of all attending.

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
