We are carrying over our feature film this week, Belle. This film is inspired by the true story of Dido Elizabeth Belle, an illegitimate mixed race daughter of a Royal Navy Admiral who is raised by her aristocratic great-uncle.
Following our feature Friday night, join us for our Cult film, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. David Lynch’s prequel to his cult television series, Fire Walk with Me concerns the last seven days in the life of Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee), whose plastic-wrapped corpse, found floating in a river, was the fulcrum for the television series.
Saturday afternoon at 4PM, come to the theatre for our digital screening of Jaws, sponsored by You’ve Got Geek. When a gigantic great white shark begins to menace the small island community of Amity, a police chief, a marine scientist and grizzled fisherman set out to stop it. Our sponsor is bringing a bunch of cool prizes to give away. Get to the theater early for a FREE raffle ticket and maybe you’ll go home with a stainless steel “Jaws – Bruce the Shark Bottle Opener”!
Come on down this Sunday at 12:30 for an exclusive tour of the theatre and a visit to preview 225 Bridge St. Please RSVP by 5PM Saturday by calling 610-917-1228, giving us the names of all attending.
Our Classic film this week is Easy Rider, sponsored by Grace Tattoo. Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper star as two counterculture bikers who travel from Los Angeles to New Orleans in search of America. Grace will have several portfolios on the table for your browsing pleasure, so stop in the lobby and check them out!
