Join us this Sunday at 7PM as Orion Communities presents Celebrating Community – Music for Everyone. The show features Julia Chalfin, a dynamic singer and entertainer who has written, produced and performed original shows bridging the genres of opera and cabaret . We are carrying over our feature film this week: Far from the Madding Crowd. See director Thomas Vinterberg’s interpretation of this Thomas Hardy classic. The film stars Carey Mulligan as Bathsheba Everdene. Please note: we will not be screening our feature film this Sunday, Jun 21 and Thursday, Jun 25.

Following our feature tomorrow night, stay for Point Break, sponsored by Tague Lumber. Keanu Reeves stars as FBI rookie Johnny Utah, who, while on an undercover operation, meets surfer Bodhi (Patrick Swayze) and gets drawn into the lifestyle of his new friend. Also stars Gary Busey … and watch for a cameo by Red Hot Chile Peppers’ Anthony Kiedis.

This Sunday at 2PM, we are screening the classic film The Time Machine. A Victorian Englishman travels to the far future. What does he find? Join us and see. Winner of the 1961 Academy Award for best Special Effects, the film stars Rod Taylor as H.G. Wells.

This Thursday at 7:30 is the debut of our Royal Opera House / Shakespeare’s Globe On Screen presentations. First up, The Royal Ballet’s stunningly beautiful Swan Lake. Tickets are on sale and may be purchased online here.

There will be a prayer vigil TONIGHT at Grimes AME, 338 Morris Street in Phoenixville from 7-8:30 p.m. It will be for our sisters and brothers of Emanuel AME Church and the Charleston, South Carolina, community.
