Join us for the Spring Theatre Organ Concert, this Sunday, Mar 22 at 2PM presented by The Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley (TOSDV). Tickets are still available and may be purchased online. The theme is “Broadway and Beyond” featuring Rudy Lucente on TOSDV’s fabulous 3/24 Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ, with vocalists Amanda McDonald and John Frederick.
Our new feature film this week is The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. As the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel has only a single remaining vacancy – posing a rooming predicament for two fresh arrivals – Sonny (Dev Patel) pursues his expansionist dream of opening a second hotel. Tonight at 7:30 is your last chance to see Still Alice, starring Julianne Moore in her Oscar winning performance.
Following our feature Friday night, stay for our Cult cinema feature, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, sponsored by Into the Sun Tattoos. Scott Pilgrim ( Michael Cera) must defeat his new girlfriend’s seven evil exes in order to win her heart.
Our kids’ film this Saturday at 2PM is Son of Rambow. The film is a comedy about friendship, faith and the tough business of growing up. During a long English summer in the early 1980s, two schoolboys from differing backgrounds set out to make a film inspired by First Blood.
Last summer we had a mini Harryhausen marathon and one of the films we showed was Jason and the Argonauts. This month People’s Light is staging a live production and it’s sure to be fantastic show! Click here to read about it and buy tickets.
