Spend a Week at the Colonial Nov 20 – Nov 26

Tickets are now on sale for Two Funny Philly Guys, Saturday, Mar 19 at 8PM. As always, the fastest, easiest way to buy tickets is online.

Our new feature film this week is The Martian. A declaration of love for the potato, science and the indestructible will to survive. While it clearly is the Matt Damon show (and he is excellent), the supporting cast may be among the strongest seen on film in the last 10 years. An engaging, exciting, funny and beautifully filmed adventure thriller no one should miss. Tonight is your last chance to see Bridge of Spies at 7:30. Please note: Fri, Nov 20th’s screening begins at 7:00PM and we will be CLOSED Thanksgiving Day.

Friday night at 10PM, stay for an always entertaining Mystery Science Theater 3000 show. Up this time: Pumaman. Poster artist Val Costanzo will have another awesome custom poster for sale in the lobby, and attendees are invited to bring their own invention to participate in the pre-show invention exchange contest!

Join us this Saturday at 2PM for our Young Audiences screening of A Little Princess, sponsored by The Great American Pub & Hotel (Come early to meet chef John Sakos!). The beautiful cinematography will please adults and the terrific story will entertain kids. Don’t miss it!

Saturday night at 8PM, Point Entertainment presents Paul Reiser. Co-creator and star of the critically acclaimed NBC series Mad About You, these days Reiser performs stand-up between film and other projects. Those include last year’s role in Oscar winning Whiplash and several upcoming film projects. Come to the Colonial Saturday night for a fabulous comedy act!

The Sunday at 2PM, the final film in our salute to Orson Welles is Touch of Evil. The film features Charlton Heston and Janet Leigh, with Wells playing the corrupt cop, Hank Quinlan. Watch this stark, degenerate story of murder, kidnapping, and police corruption in a Mexican border town.

Join us the first and third Sundays of each month at 12:30 for an exclusive tour of the theatre and a visit to 225 Bridge St. Please RSVP by 5PM Thursday by calling 610-917-1228 and giving us the names of all attending.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
