Spend a Week at the Colonial Feb 5 to Feb 11

We have two more concerts going on sale tomorrow morning at 10:00. Sunday, April 17 at 7:30 Point Entertainment presents Jake Shimabukuro and Wednesday, May 11 at 7:30PM Point Entertainment presents Joan Osborne. As always, the quickest, easiest way to buy tickets is online.

Our new feature film this week is Carol. Nominated for SIX Academy Awards including Best Actress (Cate Blanchett) and Best Supporting Actress (Rooney Mara), Carol follows two women from very different backgrounds who find themselves in an unexpected love affair in 1950s New York. Tonight is your last chance to see Room at 7:30.

Following our feature film tomorrow night, stay to watch Kevin Bacon in Tremors, our Fright Night feature at 10PM. Special event posters will be available in the lobby. Check out the poster on the left side of this newsletter.

Our young audiences show Saturday at 2PM is the ever popular Balloon Freak John Cassidy! Skip the line at the box office and buy your tickets online today!

Our classic films each Sunday at 2PM this month feature Oscar winning or nominated actors and actresses, but not always in their winning roles. First up: Sidney Poitier in his feature film debut in No Way Out (1950). The Biddle brothers, shot while robbing a gas station, are taken to the prison ward of the County Hospital; Ray Biddle, a rabid racist, wants no treatment from black resident Dr. Luther Brooks. When brother John dies while Luther tries to save him, Ray is certain it’s murder and becomes obsessed with vengeance.

Join us the first and third Sundays of each month at 12:30 for an exclusive tour of the theatre and a visit to 225 Bridge St. Please RSVP by 5PM Thursday by calling 610-917-1228 and giving us the names of all attending.

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
