Queen-of-Blood-1

It’s time again for Blobfest! To print out or just view the full schedule, click here.

Blobfest 2016 begins tomorrow night with the SOLD OUT Friday Night Run Out. Come early, bring the family and grab some dinner and a place on the sidewalk to watch. The Run Out happens at approximately 9PM.

Saturday, our day begins at 11AM with the Streetfair, including vendors, live music, the costume contest, the fire extinguisher parade, and Olde City Sideshow. Enjoy food from The Sunflower Truckstop, our Run Out sponsor. Saturday double features are at 11:30AM, 3:30PM and 8PM. See below for links to tickets.

Sunday afternoon at 2PM, Blobfest continues with its final double feature. The box office opens at 1PM, Marta Kristen will be doing a Q&A before The Blob starts and (The Late Night Double Feature) director Christopher Mihm will do a Q&A after the films both screen.

Don’t wait until the last minute to get those Blobfest double feature tickets! Avoid the line (or worse, a sold out show) and purchase your tickets online now by clicking on the movie time for the Saturday 11:30AM, 3:30PM or 8PM shows or the Sunday 2PM show.

Huge, huge thanks to our fabulous sponsors Mainstay Inn, Riverworks Phoenixville, Shorty’s Sunflower Cafe and Truckstop, Chester County’s Brandywine Valley, and Mosaic Music Lessons.

Join us Sunday, July 10 at 12:30 for an exclusive tour of the theatre and a visit to 225 Bridge St. Please RSVP by 5:30PM TONIGHT (July 7) by calling 610-917-1228 and giving us the names of all attending.

Not into Blobfest? Never fear! We are carrying over the feature film, Maggie’s Plan Mon-Thu. Greta Gerwig stars in this screwball comedy as Maggie, a single New Yorker who decides to have a baby on her own. Little does she know that a complicated love triangle (with the equally self-involved Ethan Hawke and Julianne Moore) is in her future.

Our summer Young Audiences series begins this Tuesday at 10:30AM with Red Yarn. Bring the kids for this fun morning of music and puppetry.

Thanks for your support and we’ll see you at the theatre!
