Should you require any accommodation that will help make your visit more comfortable, please contact the Box Office at least a week in advance so that we can make the proper arrangements. When you arrive at the theatre, please notify the House Manager and he will be happy to assist you. Please note: balcony seating is not accessible for patrons using wheelchairs, or those with limited mobility in in the Colonial Theatre, which was built in 1903. There are future renovation plans in the works in which access to the balcony will be addressed.
Patrons with service animals are welcome at the Colonial.
The theater provides barrier-free access for patrons using wheelchairs or walkers. On-grade entrances, railings, and ADA compliant doorways allow people easy access. Please inform the staff if you will need assistance during intermission.
