FILM SYNOPSIS

Award-winning director Joe Wright (Pride & Prejudice, Atonement, Darkest Hour, Hanna) re-imagines the timeless play, Cyrano de Bergerac, as a veritable symphony of emotions. Moviegoers will be entranced by the film’s music, romance, and beauty, despite the heartbreaking love triangle.

As a man ahead of his time, Cyrano de Bergerac (Peter Dinklage) dazzles with verbal jousting and literal swordplay, but he is convinced that his appearance renders him unworthy of the love of his luminous and devoted friend, Roxanne (Haley Bennett). The titular character hasn’t worked up the nerve to declare his feelings for Roxanne, who has fallen in love at first sight with Christian (Kelvin Harrison, Jr.).
