Decade to Doorways is hosting four free movie nights throughout Chester County in collaboration with National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. Come learn more about the issue of homelessness in Chester County and the organizations that are diligently working to alleviate this issue right in your hometown.

Decade to Doorways is Chester County’s ten year plan to prevent and end homelessness. It’s a collaboration of consumers, government entities, service providers, educators, healthcare practitioners, faith communities, funders, businesses, and people from the general public aiming to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring by 2022.

About the film: Playwright Alan Bennett forms an unexpected bond with Miss Shepherd (Maggie Smith), a woman of uncertain origins who “temporarily” parked her van in Bennett’s London driveway and proceeded to live there for 15 years. Access reviews at Metacritic.com.
