Theatre Organ Concert with Jelani Eddington
Sun., September 11, 2016
The Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley presents an all music program performed by Jelani Eddington, one of the most prominent and sought after artists on the concert circuit. Jelani has performed in most of the major concert venues throughout the U.S., has toured extensively abroad, and has received numerous awards including the Organist of the Year – 2001. He also has to his credit over 30 organ albums recorded on some of the most dynamic instruments in the country. This will be Jelani’s first performance on our 3/24 Wurlitzer theatre organ at the Colonial. Please plan to spend a delightful afternoon listening to wonderfully performed music ranging from the early 1920’s to the present including show tunes, ballads and many songs that will be familiar to you.
This program benefits the Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley (TOSDV) Theatre Pipe Organ Restoration Fund. For additional information visit TOSDV.org; email firstname.lastname@example.org; or call 215-780-0831.
