It has long been absent from The Colonial, but this year it makes its triumphant return. Shot in beautiful VistaVision and directed Michael Curtiz (Casablanca and The Adventures of Robin Hood) White Christmas has become a perennial holiday favorite. Bob Wallace (Bing Crosby) and Phil Davis (Danny Kaye) are a singer and a comedian with a successful road act. The only problem is, Bob does nothing but work and Phil needs a break. Upon seeing the Haynes Sisters perform, Phil thinks that Betty (Rosemary Clooney) might be Bob’s match. Sister Judy (Vera Ellen) agrees and the two set out to get Bob and Betty together. We invite you to bring the whole family to witness fantastic dance numbers, precision comedy, and the classic tune, “White Christmas.” See it the way it was meant to be seen, on the big screen!
