Before he donned the deerstalker and became the world’s most famous detective, Sherlock Holmes was a teen (Nicholas Rowe) who is more interested in using his intellect for crime solving than school work. Finding a friend in the new student at school, John Watson (Alan Cox), the two begin to suspect that trouble is afoot when a series of mysterious deaths occur on their campus. Soon their investigation leads to an adventure involving an ancient cult, deadly poisons, and a future as the world’s greatest crime-fighting team! Produced by Steven Spielberg and Henry Winkler from a script by Chris Columbus (Gremlins, The Goonies).
