Our Footage Spring Showcase

In our annual spring showcase, the dancers of our Youth Dance Company present an inspiring collection of student-choreographed works alongside pieces created by director Kelsey Brennan-Patrick.

This showcase is a beautiful and eclectic performance that invites our dancers to explore and express personal meaning through movement. Each piece reflects their creativity, individuality, and connection to dance as an art form.

This special showcase was first created in the spring of 2020, during a time when the world slowed down and the ability to gather—and dance together—was uncertain. In an effort to keep our students connected, Feet First Dance introduced this show as a way to safely continue creating and performing. With the addition of a traveling outdoor dance floor, our dancers were able to come together and share their artistry in a meaningful way.

What began as a solution during a challenging time quickly became something much more. Our dancers found joy, connection, and inspiration in the process, and we were deeply moved by what they created together. Because of that, The Footage Showcase has continued to be a cherished annual tradition. We are beyond excited to bring this show inside for the first time to a theatre, and cannot thank the Colonial Theatre enough for hosting us!

Tickets are $12.00 per person, cash or check made out to Feet First Dance. Tickets can be purchased by emailing Feetfirstdanceam@gmail.com. Tickets purchased via venmo, or using a credit card on file are $15.00 per person. In your email, please indicate how many tickets you would like, and how you will be paying. All cash payments are due the week of ordering your tickets. Payments can be dropped off at the studio Monday-Thursday from 4:30-7:30pm, or Saturday mornings between 8:30-11:30AM.  Tickets will be $15 at the door.
