There are 4 wheelchair spaces and 3 transfer seats (one arm of the seat flips up) on the main floor. Theatre 1’s screen is 12’5” high x 30’ wide and this theatre is equipped for 35mm and 2K digital projection. Row A is approximately 4’ from the stage and 22’ from the screen. The stage is roughly 18’ deep x 25’ wide.
White Rabbit Theatre Capacity: 174

Theatre 2’s seats are retractable allowing for a flexible space that can be used as a black box theatre in addition to a traditional auditorium. There are 49 seats in the fixed balcony and 125 seats in the stadium-style retractable section, including 5 wheelchair spaces. Theatre 2’s screen is 10’2” high x 24’ wide.Theatre 2 is equipped for 2K digital projection only. Row A is approximately 12’ from the screen.
Berry Theatre Capacity: 65

The Colonial’s red luxe theatre has 65 seats including 4 wheelchair spaces. Theatre 3’s screen is 6’4” high x 14’4” wide. Theatre 3 is equipped for 2K digital projection only. Row A is approximately 2’ from the stage and 9’ from the screen. The stage is approximately 9’ deep x 20’ wide.

The Garden Suite and Rooftop Terrace are available with greater flexibility than the theatres and are ideal for business meetings, private parties, multimedia presentations, and community events.
