Una de las favoritas de los fans del cine americano, este clásico de ciencia ficción, trata de unos adolescentes, Steve (Steven McQueen) y su novia, Jane (Aneta Corseaut), quienes intentan proteger su ciudad natal de una invasión de vida alienígena gelatinosa que ingiere todo lo que toca.
