POETIC JUSTICE

In this movie, we see the world through the eyes of the main character Justice (Janet Jackson), a young African-American poet. A mail carrier invites a few friends along for a long overnight delivery run.

MOONLIGHT

Playing February 12th – February 18th, 2021

A young Black man grapples with his identity and sexuality while experiencing the everyday struggles of childhood, adolescence, and burgeoning adulthood.

KILLER OF SHEEP

Playing February 19th – February 25th, 2021

Set in the Watts area of Los Angeles, a slaughterhouse worker must suspend his emotions to continue working at a job he finds repugnant, and then he finds he has little sensitivity for the family he works so hard to support.

LOVE AND BASKETBALL
