Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the Colonial is doubling its donor community’s total donations up to $50,000 to purchase a new 4K laser projector for the institution’s crown jewel space, the 1903 Theatre! The Colonial Theatre has set a deadline of Thursday, March 27, 2025 (World Theatre Day) to raise the $100,000 needed to deliver the highest quality viewing experience to patrons. This technology investment is the industry standard and will ensure the Colonial’s largest, most popular space is safeguarded against unforeseen equipment failures. The Berry Theatre suffered a months-long shutdown in the latter part of 2024 due to outdated equipment and no available replacement parts.
Contributions to this fund will give donors double vision. Donate today and your $25 donation becomes $50, a $500 donation becomes $1,000. Don’t miss your opportunity to become an integral player in the future of film and live arts programming in Phoenixville’s beautiful, century-old arts venue.
