The Colonial Theatre Introduces New Strategic Plan

The Colonial Theatre’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce a new, three-year, strategic plan. The comprehensive roadmap outlines new mission, vision, and values statements, and identifies four areas, or pillars, of focus:

Financial Sustainability
Programming
A Pre-Restoration Plan
Community Citizen & Engagement

The project is the result of over a year’s worth of work with the support of Niche Partnership Consulting. Extensive interview feedback, a workshop session with volunteers, community partners, board and staff, and the tireless efforts of the organization’s strategic planning committee, all contributed to the final product.

With this new plan in place, The Colonial Theatre is thrilled to continue to serve the arts programming needs of the greater Phoenixville community!
