The Checkerboard Club - Monthly Giving at The Colonial

A nod to a supper club that occupied the Bank Building in the 1940s and 50s, The Checkerboard Club is a highly valued group of donors who have chosen to give recurring, monthly gifts at The Colonial. Just like the checkerboard floor that adorns the building today, numerous, repetitive donations make a beautiful impact at our non-profit arts institution.

With 31,000 square feet, two historic buildings, and three arts venues, there's plenty of room for your support. A donation to the Building Improvement Fund finances the restoration and enhancement of The Colonial Theatre's two historic buildings.
