SYNOPSIS

Few comedies have entered the cultural bloodstream quite like Airplane!. The breakthrough feature from Jim Abrahams and David and Jerry Zucker gleefully hijacks the disaster-movie craze of the 1970s, following a traumatized ex-fighter pilot (Robert Hays) forced to land a passenger jet after food poisoning incapacitates the crew.
