SYNOPSIS

Blending Americana, fantasy, and spiritual yearning, this beloved baseball fable begins with Iowa farmer Ray Kinsella (Kevin Costner), who risks his livelihood after hearing a mysterious voice urge him toward an improbable act of faith. What follows is less a conventional sports story than a quietly metaphysical odyssey through memory, regret, and reconciliation, where the game becomes a bridge between the living and the past. Anchored by a deep affection for baseball as both pastime and mythology, it recasts rural Americana as a meditation on fathers, longing, and the stubborn endurance of dreams.
