The captain (Wagner Moura) of a special Brazilian police force considers which of two new recruits (André Ramiro, Caio Junqueira) would make a suitable successor. Based on real facts, this movie recounts stories about the Batalhão de Operações Policiais Especiais (BOPE), considered an elite squad in Rio de Janeiro’s Military Police. The movie depicts the officers from BOPE as an incorruptible and extremely violent troop.
